How to get to Azincourt from Calais

You can cross from Dover to Calais. Leaving Calais follow the motorway A26, take the route signed to St. Omer. Follow the A26 motorway continuing on past St. Omer to exit 4. The A26 is a peage (toll) motorway with a fee of 3.50 Euro about £ 2.75. The time saving is worth the cost.
Leaving the A26 at exit 4 follow signs for Therouanne on the D77. At Therouanne roundabout do not enter town but follow signs for Hesdin D192.
At the next roundabout approx. 200 metres follow signs for Fruges D157. Continue to follow this route until there are signs to turn left onto the D928 following signs for Fruges.
At Fruges there is a large supermarket on the right at the top of the hill leaving town, “Champions”, the last before Azincourt where you can also buy some of the cheapest petrol and diesel around. There is another Champions in Hesdin sign posted past Azincourt on the D928, which is larger and gives more choice.
Continue along the D928 Azincourt is sign posted, turning left directly into town follow the signs to the museum and the event entrance is directly opposite the main museum car park.
Arrival at the site is from Friday a.m. with departure by latest Monday at noon. Please note: that access to the site between the hours of Midnight and 07.00 is not permitted.
