Event entry Pre-booking and Pre-Payments
If you wish to pre-book a minimum of 10 visitors to our event please complete the form. We will then forward to you by email an invoice for the total current entrance prices shown below.

On confirmation of your payment, a receipt will be sent by email, the entrance vouchers will be forwarded to you by post to your company address.
Your clients should bring their entry vouchers with them to the event and present them at the various event entrance(s).
Vouchers should be retained by your clients during their visit to our event to ensure single and repeated entry at each entrance.
Payments can be made by direct bank transfer and cheque, you may also pay by credit or debit card via PayPal, for which there will be a small handling charge of 3.5%.
Further information on methods of payment will be emailed to you on completion of your booking.
On the arrival of your party please report to the Azincourt Museum reception and one of our guides will collect you and your party and escort them onto the event site
If you or any of your group have special mobility needs please indicate when completing the form. We will contact you to discuss how we can assist during your visit.
