Before attending any event organised by The Azincourt Alliance please fill in completely the form below, unless you already have a security number and wish to add extra attendees click here. Upon approval we will forward to you, by email to the email address you provided during your application, your entry security number. 

Please keep this information safe as lost numbers cannot be replaced and you will have to apply again. Entrance to events cannot be permitted if when on arrival, you have either lost your security number or are using another groups security number.

We recommend that your group have at least 5 million pounds sterling or equivalent public liability insurance cover. 

We also recommend at all visitors carry at all times a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC replacing the E111), to ensure in the event of an incident national health treatment can be given by French doctors. 

If you already have a security number please quote this where applicable in all communications.
